Vadim Levin is testing PASSCAL hardware after it was held up in customs for a week.

A traditional Russian feast - pelmeni (dough dumplings) - with a Kamchatka twist: the stuffing consists of salmon.
First you grind salmon into paste. Manually...
Then everyone gathers around the table and assembles the dumplings.

Dumplings are layed out on flour-covered trays
Finaly, dumplings get boiled on a gas stove and consumed by exhausted participants
