Samples:  Clean CO2, prepped off-line
Sizes:  20-60 umoles for regular runs
    Smaller samples can be frozen over (microvolume)
Stuff:  12-port MultiPort Tubecracker (Model E)
    Micro-volume and cold finger to freeze over samples (manual)
    Vacuum Lines for sample preparation/clean up.
    Muffle Furnace and Deltech available for sample prep.
    Water baths and various glass vessels also available for use
