ThermoFinnigan DeltaPlus Advantage with Costech EA:
Samples:  C as CO2 and N as N2, occasionally S as SO2
    Plant and Animal material
    Filter samples (use extra insert)
    Sediment samples (use extra insert)
    Natural Abundance or Enriched
    Whatever burns
Sizes: ~2umole gas
    For C and N analysis:  0.5-1.5 mg animals
                                      1.5-3 mg plant
       with N the limiting factor
    For C only, no dilution:  ~200 ug
    Test filters and sediments--amounts may vary greatly
Stuff:  Costech ECS 4010 with Costech ZeroBlank Autosampler
    CHN combustion/reduction tubes
    CHNS tube available (usually set up twice a year)
    Conflo III--dilution available
    Microbalance to weigh out samples
Availability:  For standard plant and animal runs, sign up
    Prepared samples easy to ship
    Sulfur runs as scheduled
