Samples: Anything you can separate on a capillary GC column (within reason)
    avoid halogenated samples (poisons the combustion reactor)
    nitrogen in sample can interfere with CO₂ analysis for ¹³C
    clean separations needed--reaction tubes broaden peaks

Sizes: ~10 nmoles gas per species coming off column
    gas (CO₂, H₂, etc.), species, and GC method dependant
    test runs needed
    injection size ~ 1uL (insert dependant)--adjust concentrations

Stuff: Trace GC
    Split/Splitless or PTV injector
    60m DB1 column (you can supply others)
    CTC Pal autoinjector
    Combustion or Reduction reactors (CO₂, N₂, H₂, CO)
    Cold trap to rig up (if needed)
    MAT 253

Availability: Variable.
Switching columns/gas modes limited to minimize down time
Hands on work needed, especially when starting up.
